If there's a new Smash game in less than two years it's probably going to be an upgraded version of Smash 4.

Don't think it's going to be anything like that because they said it's a gaming platform, aka console. Handheld or home console no one knows.

So the producer is defending the Sonic Boom video game and argues that it's a success? I mean, talk about major damage control on his part.

They should have chose a much more experienced team to handle it that actually KNOW what Sonic is about and they should have realized that fans care about speed in their games.

The only thing I agree on is that future Sonic games need to emphasize on co-op multiplayer campaign in the future.
