it will only let me open the gif with internet explorer (eww:088:) art studio, movie maker, and window center. the problem is i cant just view them.

Another anime boom is happening recently (Look at the very last question and answer in the link)? I'd fully believe this if it weren't for Toonami being cut in half recently, but simulcasting and flash licensing by companies like Funimation had been a thing lately. I don't know, but I wouldn't compare it to the boom that occured from the 90's to early 2000's.

And it got even worse by removing Attack on Titan and adding Gurren Lagann's crazier twin brother (Kill La Kill). :troll:

The reason why the block won't last until 6 AM anymore was because of the declining viewership like last time. This is yet another reason why I fail believe that we're having another anime boom.
