Not to mention back in the day, Killer Instinct was on N64. That's the one thing that Microsoft didn't **** up with Rare. And that's mostly because Double Helix and Iron Galaxy really "made" that game.

I actually read an article about it and.....pretty much they thought it would just be like they could do their stuff as with Nintendo and thought it wouldn't go wrong.

So, they pretty much didn't know about the dark side, but they did realised that they were so wrong....I mean the least is that they got it, but still, I really feel sad.

Though, this is one reason why I pretty much don't like Microsoft when it comes to gaming.

Trust me, I was watching the January event about Windows 9 and I just skipped the whole part about what they call "gaming".

Seriously, to me, they didn't even realised it's an art....

I never had the chance my n64 was stolen... and considering my age i should not know what a n64 is... Good thing i was born in a Nintedo fan family i will probably beat Banjo-Kazooie in an emulator.

IIRC @Warchamp7 posted the original rules. I forgot where he listed the rules but you can ask him if you have any doubts.

Rare provided Nintendo with some much needed "mature" IPs and genres infrequent or non-existent in their repertoire (FPS, traditional fighting) to go along with their more family friendly ones, which, despite what some fanboys will tell you, Nintendo sorely needs. Not to mention a strong western developer who can pump out a quality title more than once every few years like Retro, another thing they sorely need.

For my money, Nintendo letting go of them ranks up there with the dumbest mistakes they've ever made. :/

Meh. That's true.. I didn't enjoy playing on my Xbox 360 that much (nor on my PSP but that's unrelated and it's Sony). But it makes money for them.

Retro is really overrated actually because of how tiny they are and the fact that they are insanely slow to produce titles. Other than small contributions to other Nintendo titles, they haven't made anything but 2D Donkey Kong games since Metroid Prime 3 in 2007. Hell of a lot of talent being wasted, I'm sorry but it's true.

3D Donkey Kong soon I hope.
