In my experience the hardest AIs are Mario and Pikachu, and MAYBE Toon Link.

So is it just my brawl or does the Mario AI kick the crap out of the other AIs?

From my experience:
best at fighting humans: Pika, Mario, Peach
best at fighting other AIs: Pikachu, Luigi, Wario, Peach, Olimar
best at fighting humans: Pika, Mario, Peach
best at fighting other AIs: Pikachu, Luigi, Wario, Peach, Olimar

mario has the best ai for a lvl 9 and snake has the worse =P

I tried that, once.
Back before I was serious with Brawl, I went up against Mario.
I was surprised; I thought I had lost my skill.
Then, I turned around and kicked his butt with Lucas.
Pk PWNage upon the Mushroom Kingdom.
But Mario does stand out.
I usually play against lv. 9 Foxes.
And I win.
But Falco vs. lv. 9 Fox is intense, or at least it was for me.
I won anyway.

Wow it makes sense now Mario is alot smarter compared to the other dumputers. I thought Snake and pit were alittle smart.

I rarely ever fight Mario, because I always have random computers. And Mario just doesn't come often..

I always thought Mario AI would be dumb but I guess after a challenge I saw that he wasn't as bad as I thought and was quite a challenge against my brother who actually pretty good, but in the end I kicked his butt!!

In my experience, Falco is the most able AI vs. my Lucas. Mario is a close second, however.

CPU Falcos are probably the toughest AI opponents in my opinion. The CPU player AI has been extremely improved since Melee, but at the end of the day they're still CPU players...
