my suggestion to everyone is someone buy a hotel room, which is 99, then since people need housing and SINCE THERE IS A SHOWER!!!, you can charge by amount of people you're sharing with. say 5 people in the room? charge 20 dollars a person and you'll earn back your money. More people = more money but also, less space.
