This should have included Mewter's tree design, even though he did not resubmit it.

This is really hard. I've managed to narrow it down to three, but I can't choose between them. I'd flip a coin, but that wouldn't solve anything. I'll get back to voting later.

Right now, to me it's just that one of the submissions don't really live up to the stats, but Pokemon don't always live up to the stats.

I think in the end it'll all be just a matter of preference. At least for me, anyways.

I stopped making Fakemon/sprites because I'm lazy/bored of it.

I have an idea for a Fakemon so I'll make that.... sooner or later.....

But flyinfilipino's thing looks more like a Pokemon, in my opinion (so I ask that whoever next was about to vote for my design for for his!)

Edit: I've made the decision on FF's submission. As awesome as it would be to have SmashCAP 2 roast Skarmory to pieces with Flamethrower, I feel FF's idea fit more aesthetically. Great submissions by everyone!

Either we'll get a colored version of his submission, or FF will basically let the spriters freestyle it as they please.

I was thinking lots of green with dark purple petals around the head...

I imagine it as a more whitish green (or I guess you could say greenish white, as I picture it more white than green), with...hmmm...lilac petals around the head? I'm not entirely sure on the petals though, as I don't know if the addition of purple makes the art look ghostly enough to fit as Grass/Ghost.

Oh yeah, that's why I voted for JOE!'s by the way. I felt it fit the bulky Grass/Ghost description the best. Plus it looked pretty awesome, if I do say so myself. FF's was good too, but it just didn't fit like I thought it needed to.

I basically based my ratings off of how well it fit the stats, abilities, and the artistic ability, of course.

I just found FF's to be slightly more representative of SmashCAP 2 than JOE!'s. Say if I were rating out of 100 I would've given JOE! a 87 and FF an 89.

A ton of fakemon are, well, fake looking. But look at the sprites they come up with at smoogon's CAP and, well, their's is a bit more of the correct feel....
