Lets see...range, disjointed hitboxes, fast moves, priority, utilt beats almost every aerial in low tier, fair kicks ***, nice smashes, fast. G&W is the marth of low tier.

GnW seems to have issues with spam due to no shield options (light shield helps but it's so temporary) but yes his range is very useful.
