its been hi-jacked by uncle dearest.

See now that I have my own, its borrow from cute little bernard time who is so young and can't do anything about it. I don't fully pay the insurance so, alot of times I wake up and the cars just not there.

In light of that, I'd rather not depend on it as a mode of transportation. &yea im down for tactics.

Cbone, SAUS and myself are going to do our best to come down from ottawa. As long as the montreal tourny isnt the next weekend there will be a good chance we'll be there. We are still unconfirmed, we'll know in a week probably.

Grmo this is on Thanksgiving weekend!

I can't confirm that I'll be there anymore, since I might be having dinner that night. And if I'm out that leaves out another three or four people from CoS since I always drive them.

I'll revisit this in a few weeks when I find out what days I'm having Thanksgiving, but I can't give you a 100% anymore.

Everyone else may as well be aware that this is Thanksgiving weekend as well

Nate: I think $10 per team is fine, but if you can get enough people to lobby for a change I'll consider it.

Phrozn: It would be great if you guys can come down :cool:

Anyway, I'm going to the CC tomorrow to confirm, so I'll post when that happens. There's a chance it may not be thanksgiving weekend, but if it's not it will be post pwned a couple weeks (or closer by one week) because the following Saturday is my birthday.

Sigh, I think 10$ for teams is a bit low for a major tournament personally; however I don't think we should be raising it. As a community, we all ***** about not enough teams entering, especially from a certain large crew who's name rhymes with Lurch of Clash.

Raising it would just drive more potential teams away. Honestly, if you make the sales pitch to people that "Hey, it's just 5$ per person to enter teams" more teams might join.

Its not a good idea to have it on thanksgiving weekend. If nothing is going down for this bi-weekly, just replace it with yours.

$10 per team means that each individual is winning next to nothing. It also means that low tier winners will be getting more then the teams winners...... Which means that you'd do low tier before doubles aand singles.. seeing as its more important in the long run.

All of this sounds very backwards, also..... $10 per team for a major tourny just sounds weird... (seeing as back in the days teams used to be 20 per team)

Petition to bump it to $15 a team? Thats only $2.50 more each person..... and it would actually make a sizable difference on the pot.

We have thanksgiving dinner whenever we can get the family together. If it isn't on Saturday I'll probably come with whoever else I can bring.

Like I said, I'll let you know in a few weeks when my family has decided, but you may as well consider that you'll be 5-6 people short of what you're expecting

*sigh* If you read what I wrote before, forget it. We already went through that discussion. If you really want your prices you can have them. I don't remember what I charged at Caketown, but if you can find that out then I'd be willing to change it.

Annnd I dont know which part of my post you thought was sarcastic...... So I dont know what you're telling me to quit, seeing as I wasn't being sarcastic anywhere...

Also I checked the thread, and you charged $15 for doubles at caketown.
