Smashboards makeover when Brawl launches?

Currently the site is dressed up as Melee, using various items and characters as themes for different parts of the site. Other obvious examples being the bar at the top and the light on dark colors of the site.

Will Smashboards be updated with Brawl graphics when it comes out, and would you be for it?

I expect we will see alot more brawl Avatar images too choose from. also it would be nice to get a new skin to choose from and brawl symbols relpaceing the melee trophy symbols at the top of the page.

@Tsukuyomi- you dont have to use the new skin if we get one, you can always set it back to the revolution skin(i.e. this skin) so why do you care?

Well, I think Smash Ball for User CP, Curry for Premium, and Giga Bowser for replacement of Bowser is about as good of pics as you could get, counting the future. Contact, Calendar and Members List I'm not as happy about... Yet.

I think that many people will stop visiting the forums altogether once brawl comes out...

But as to the scheme, i do like this one (cuz black is teh uber color), but the icons at the top (nice gigaboozer, invinc) could use a change. Coins and mushrooms and metal box? come on...

I agree! It'd be nice to see a brighter skin, and if people don't like it/want to save energy, they can choose the old one.

Well, if the color scheme stays the same, it's just a matter of duplicating the current "Revolution" scheme, making the new one accessible via the menu at the bottom of pages, and replacing 6 images with new ones, which I'm providing... Assuming there's a good enough image for Members List.

I definitely like light themes better, and smash boards doesn't have any . We have three dark themes, though, so I think that the next theme, if we can only have one, should be light. If we could get a light Brawl theme and a dark Brawl theme, that would be spiffy.
