General: Queen Aparoid - She could fly and wait for enemy and she commands Aparoids to Attack. If Aparoid Army dies, she attacks like in Star Fox games, attacking the Player.

Doctor WILY

Dr. Wily is main Villain of Mega Man series and he steals robot masters to Attack Mega Man.
He is most Iconic Capcom villain and he was inspired by Albert Einstein.

He could summon Sniper Joes, Metalls and other Enemies from Mega Man from his Cannon that goes downwards while summoning robots.
He could shoot 4 Elemental Balls that home into Player like in SSBU as Assist.
He could also Use Speed Gear or Power Gear to increase his stats to Attack the Player.

His weakness is the Glass Shield, where he is and if you destroy it, he will fall from it and beg for Mercy. Also while he begs for Mercy, you can attack him and he will fall on his Back, Dying.
