I think 20ish stages for base would be good, that would cover most of the main games and spin offs.

For Midgar maybe change the location to inside the Mako Reactor?

For number of stages, I’d like to say 30 since Brawl had about 40 fighters and 30 new stages.

I can see Midgar as being a huge open stage like New Pork City was.
