Almost one month has passed since release. In retrospect....

  • This is by far the best Smash ever. Like, I don't even know how they will top this.

  • Pretty freakin' good; I have a few qualms over things like internet play, balancing issues, etc.

  • It's ok, but [insert Smash game here] is better.

  • I'd rather play Parcheesi.

My thing about Incineroar is I don't even understand WHY he's so slow.

''Professional" ''Wrestling" isn't exactly known for being a slow sport. They're not moving slow when they're in the ring. It's a very nimble, fast and even at times agle sport.

Even the big lugs like Undertaker and Lesnar and what not aren't like.....slow.
Chalk it up to the weird (and mostly Japanese, as far as I know) stereotype that having more musculature necessarily slows you down.

Mewtwo's one is pretty scary. And Dark Pit got "Created Warriors". Deep. Now I just need to know Isabelle's final boss.

That, and there is game balance to consider.

Mewtwo's Classic Mode has the best gimmick by far. Ashame Pkmn Trainer doesn't use it, they really should have had that same gimmick tbh.

I think only other character with animal themed mode is Duck Hunt.

I thought it had to do with the trio aspect. "Dog, Duck, and Zapper." What are his battles?

Tbh, I was expecting a gun theme but I guess Snake kinda got that.

Yeah, Incineroar looks pretty damn bad right now. No approach options whatsoever (maybe Alolan Whip but not much), has pretty bad range from what we've seen and has seemingly craptastic mobility (at least Ganondorf has decent burst mobility with Wizard's Foot and Flame Choke) all of which makes him incredibly easy to zone out and keep away (I think swordfighters are gonna eat him alive at least in theory, especially the Link's). Coupled with a pretty terrible recovery and you have a character with a really bad disadvantage state that can barely do anything once in it.

Hopefully he at least gets a mobility buff because right now, he's not looking too good at all.
If you look at some other fights, he has superarmor on his Side-B, making him a little more viable, same with upB when trapped. Also it does like 30+% with revenge and when you get the lariat off. People just need to learn his specials more

Another acceptable Sonic stage for me is Pumpkin Hill.
But if it doesn't get in, I ain't gonna let it get to me, I'm just gonna creep.

Nope. It's just that a stage with a Mikados/Bodrum aesthetic would be really cool. Though I'd accept Windy Valley if it is as dangerous as in original game.

I've wanted a Bowser's Castle stage since the original N64 game. The fact that we haven't gotten one yet boggles my mind.
What's weird to me is that surely they know that people want that by now.

Hell, tbh I'll even take Bowser's Kingdom (Odyssey).
It's my favorite Bowser lair tbh

Sonic stages are so diverse so there's a lot of potential for unique stages. I'd actually welcome most Sonic stages tbh

Platformers in general do have a lot of diverse levels..

We have a serious lack of villainous stages. But we have a lot of villainous songs that feel out of place when you play them. We got a brand new Bowser remix, what current Mario stage would it be appropriate to play on?

For new stages I mainly want Bowser's Castle, a DK stage that isn't a jungle, a Planet Robobot stage, and a Sun & Moon stage.

Aside from that I would like some more stages from franchises without a playable fighter. It's nice to give those series more representation.

Samus can't fly and if Ridley wants to go forward with up b, he dips downwards meaning if you can't B reverse consistently, you're dipping under the stage and dying a lot
I'd like to say I won't enjoy seeing Ridley players dying at 30% because of this, but I'd be lying.
