To get him, you'd have to do this...

Mario, Sonic, Bayonetta, Little Mac, Ike, Luigi

That's quite awhile if you ask me lol


Or you can do Samus, Dark Samus, Cloud, Wario, Megaman

Samus, Dark Samus, Cloud and then Wario. That'll be fairly easy. Just 4 Arcade runs.

I don't think you do? Day 1 patches happen all the time because a game goes gold months before it comes out, meaning developers have that time to make changes with a patch that comes out the first day. We know, for example, that G&W's f-tilt is probably going to be included in a day 1 patch.

Day 1 Patch(specially one with new modes as people speculate) is something we would have heard about by now of it was a thing.

I don't really expect a balancing patch, but a bug fix patch? definitely, most games have this kind of patches nowadays anyway

But no game-breaking bugs have beem found so there's no reason to rush out a patch.

Samus unlocks both D. Samus and Isabelle, I don't know which is first, but Isabelle gets Pichu, who gets Duck Hunt, who gets Ken.

So getting Ken might take as long as Mega Man. Only 4/5 Arcade runs. And Captain Falcon just needs 1 Arcade run with Fox.

If there's any easier methods, I'd like to know, since I won't be getting the game at launch, so I'll be watching a ton of stuff until I get it in my hands.

It's so uncommon to run into players that aren't just trying to "style" with predictable and easily punishable moves in For Glory... I'd rather deal with roll spammers.

As someone who loves to play as Varia Samus, Mario players who spam the cape get annoying most of the time.

I want to play as Ridley, The Belmonts and K.Rool to finally have my revenge on them.

Honestly, it's much easier to get her through VS mode. She's the 2nd character unlock after Ness. So at most, you'll only have to play like 10-15 mins. to get her.

I'll probably do a VS match with Mario when I first start, then do the Arcade runs to get Mega Man and a couple others. Then do a **** load of matches with Mega Man and grab a few more characters.

I'll see if Mega Man gets anyone with Arcade mode. I imagine everyone unlocks some character or two, but who it is depends on who you already have or don't have.

I'm 100% positive what we've been seeing the last couple of days is 1.0.
Unless I suddenly couldn't read when the title screen flashed.

Bugs are bugs, they don't have to be game-breaking to issue patches if they're already solved in a build, also, they could have added minor QoL features too

Considering that it's just 20$ for a year of the online,

Strawman argument that has been disproved many times, it is not about the money. Switch online is dreadful And plagued with anti consumer practices if consumers keep justifying things with " well at least it doesnt cost that much" we will enter a slippery slope.

In that post he sisnt went full on leaking, but he did gave some proof that he was genuine (not only confirmed incineroar and ken, but also stuff like isabelle fishinng rod tether recovery, spirits as stickers and Fly swapper mario paint assist trophy, so, yeah, he was legit... dunno if teh same guy taht leaked piranna plant and incineroar's side b (which was also legit, but simply noone believed it)

Also there seem to be a little leftover code on the leaked physical copy regarding a couple of modes.

Imo they continued developing stuff after the game went gold, and day one patch lets them kinda, retroactively add those modes to physical copies kinda like if they always been there.

Holy **** that is ****ing hilarious

Only things that need patching so far as I'm concerned are Lylat, Fountain of Dreams as it can get a bit laggy, that stupid ladder K.Rool has and Robin's quotes (Robin has Lucina specific win quotes in 4, though they're bugged out now and Robin seems to say them to every Fire Emblem character)

Also the Codecs but that's just wishful thinking
