Her personality is onee-sama. Her best moveset potential would be if she has a Rosalina-like mechanic with her phantom water swords. She’d be high tier, but at least she wouldn’t be boring.

For Katalina? Frankly, she's not the most interesting character for movesets, but I'll give a shot.

Neutral B: Charge up shots for Blades of Frost, loaded up to 3. They are horizontal projectiles that when they land, freeze the opponent.
Side B: Enchanted Lands, a triple thrust with her rapier that if all three land, third one has heavy knock back. A bit slower than a heavy jab.
Down B: Light Wall Divider, hre damage cut. A special shield that bounces back specifically projectiles with a speed modifier of about 15% bonus velocity.
Up B: Uhhh???

Final Smash: Blades of Diamond, her Grand Version's Charge Attack. A series of fast cuts that freeze for 2 seconds and increase knockback for about 8 seconds as if they weere in the red %damage

Trust me, it was gonna happen sooner or later. I have practically two wants left when it comes to characters, but they're both not really wanted by anyone at this point and the former want leading to some rather toxic vibes. It's like why even push for what you want.

Like at this point in time, do I have faith in them? In the back with one last glimmer of hope, yeah. But for the most part, I genuinely do not want Rex & Pyra and Geno anymore.

I find it strange that Hitagi practically has never heard anything about any of the popular picks asked in that thread besides Steve, Katalina and possibility of DQ, and now has chosen to break their silence about Smash this week. And info about Square characters were all dropped willy nilly but Verge is adamant about keeping quiet.
