I'm still confident we'll be getting at least a character reveal this month. Whether a single or duo is up to debate.

Though I still feel a Direct makes the most sense to avoid the roster being leaked in November.

I guess it all depends on how confident they are in being able to prevent leaks even in November. It's difficult given Let's Go's release is so close by--you'd expect them to want to move toward advertising Ultimate a week or so after Let's Go's release--but that's around the time it'll be the leakiest. And I'm starting to accept the idea too close before Let's Go may steal its marketing potential (though, as much as I'm not a fan of LGPE, Pokemon can usually hold it's own).

So, as I've said before... my powers of speculation are failing me. It's difficult to see when's the best time to reveal stuff given all of these different factors.

Tiger the Dark: Decent pick. Completely neutral. If he has heel moves instead of being a generic wrestler, I'll be positive.
Elmo's World: I hate her game and I hate her character.... BUT she's got a pretty sick design and cool as hell moves that would fit perfectly in Smash.
Izik: Excited. He's got a bunch of fun abilities, hoping for a Matthew alt.
Altar Boys: Nothing. Games are fun, but I've never ached for a RH character
Geno: I feel nothing for him as a character or his game, but it'll make a bunch of people happy so fine.
Featuring Dante from the Devil May Cry Series^TM: THIS PARTY'S GETTING CRAZY. LET'S ROCK!
Atache Case: About goddamn time. We've needed a horror representative. Hopefully with a Chris alt and Wesker Assist Trophy with a Nemesis Boss.
Puff-puff: Extremely excited, if he does make it in, I really really hope we get to hear the classic sound effects.
Roxas's Somebody: Great. Fun character from fun series.
You're that Ninja: YES. He's a different take on the character action genre and he's bar none the most famous video game ninja of all time.
