Notes:The Other M Ridley Boss theme might as well be a necessity here. It's so important to Other M and this place in particular that it would be a travesty if it was left out. Good choice with that. The Metroid Main Theme from Brawl was a nice choice for a past track. The Menu Theme from Metroid Prime was a nice choice as was the Dark Samus theme. Both are popular and important tracks from the Prime series. Magmoor Caverns should have been in Brawl frankly. Pyrosphere is the chance to fix that mistake. Good choice. Multiplayer is a good track. But Talon Overworld doesn't fit with the feel of the stage at all. The contrast is just too much for me to ignore. Theme of Samus Aran is another good choice for a past track. Your list does seem a tad too Prime heavy. I know that they are great games but... there is a lot more to the Metroid franchise than just the Prime games.

Notes: The Other M Ridley choice is a great one as is the past Ridley track. Ridley's theme really is integral to the stage. Vorash is an interesting one. It definitely does have that MGS vibe and it is really actiony and dare I say it, catchy. Queen Metroid / Phantoon is another interesting one. It's actually kind of popular as far as Other M tracks go and it definitely fits the stage. As I said above, Magmoor Caverns should have been in Brawl. Good choice. Kraid's Lair is a real cool one. I think it could sound really nice with a remix. This version is actually slightly different than Melee's version. Just throwing that out there for others who may not know. SR388. Didn't expect this one. It's a real catchy track, synonymous with Metroid II. Dem GB soundfonts! I will disagree with you on one thing though. I feel that SR388 would need to be remixed, at least parts of it. The main melody still sounds fine, but the beats need to be updated. They're giving me a headache.
And... Brawl Norfair... Ugh... I don't like this remix. Don't get me wrong, it's a great choice for Pyrosphere and my dislike of it will not affect your score, in any way whatsoever. I just think it could have been remixed much better.

Notes: The Samus Appears fanfare would definately be nice to have in a song and it meshes incredibly well with Brinstar which is arguably the most important track in the series. Other M Ridley theme is a great choice as always. Ah! Final Mission Resolve! This is actually one of the more popular tracks from Other M. It also works pretty well for a fight too. Great choice. I was hoping we would see this one. The Queen Metroid / Phantoon battle also works very well. Guitars? And a choir? For Magmoor Caverns? You're a genius!
Have my babies... Still, a very fine choice for a stage. Crateria Surface is a good choice but... I just can't see it on this stage. It seems too...happy. For lack of a better term. Brinstar Overgrown could work really well if remixed. The Title / Samus Theme medley could work pretty well. I think it would be a bit difficult to play the Title theme for THAT long on a stage like Pyrosphere though. I will say though, almost all of your tracks are from Super Metroid or Other M. A tad more variety would have helped.

You're posting the VERY first time that track played. I get it. Just a heads up though, just say the game that the music itself is from. For example, for Norfair, put the Original Title as "Metroid: Zero Mission" instead of "Metroid" as you are using the Zero Mission version of the song. Still, Norfair is a good choice. Lower Norfair was in Nintendoland? Damn. Sounds nice. Still, I feel that the track should come from a Metroid game. Brinstar Depths is a fine choice for a past track. Multiplayer is a decent choice as well. Space Pirate Battle. WHY WASN'T THIS THEME IN BRAWL!?!?! REALLY? WHY!?!? A great choice for this stage.

Notes: Ah. You've waited a long time for this. You ready? Hope your excited. The Other M Ridley track is a fine choice as I said earlier. I think every track has it on there. King Kihunter is a good choice for an Other M track. Like Vorash, it's very intense and dramatic. I think you picked a nice song while being original with it too. It seems to be pretty popular as well. Samus's Resolve (Final Mission Resolve) is really one of the few great tracks from Other M. Nice choice there. YES! YES! I WAS SURPRISED BY NO LOWER NORFAIR IN BRAWL! Great choice as well. Escape? Huh. Didn't expect that track at all. I think it works. I feel that there may be better tracks out there (especially since it's pretty darn repetitive), but it's still a very good choice. And wow! You made a medley just for the contest? That shows some real dedication. And the best part is that it works incredibly well too. Very nicely put together. Good job. And frankly, I'm surprised the Space Pirate theme wasn't in Brawl. The Metroid Main Theme and Brinstar Depths are both great choices for past tracks. Overall, a very nice list. You've clearly been preparing for this. Notes:Vs. Ridley is perfect! Vs Mystery Creature is debateable. Personally, I think it works but, there are better choices out there. Samus' Resolve is a great choice to pick. The Zero Mission version of Norfair is interesting. It's the same theme as the original just slightly redone. I like it! Lower Norfair is great! Final Mission is a great choice for a Fusion track though I feel that this particular track doesn't work well on Pyrosphere. It sounds too happy for the stage in my opinion. Exploration? Definitely. Fighting? Not really. Samus's Resolve and Vs. Ridley are both great choices though. The Main Theme and Norfair tracks are good choices for past tracks. Metroid Queen is a good choice. As is SR388. Rundas's theme works surprisingly well on Pyrosphere (even though there's the conflicting ice vs fire thing, ironic huh?) and it's certainly a biggie. Samus's Resolve is another great choice from Other M. Here's the interesting thing about your list. The medley. Thematically, all the songs kind of fit together for the stage and it sounds really nice, at least, how I imagine it. I'd love to hear what it would sound like. Another thing to note, you included an Other M track that is actually pretty popular. The credits theme. Very good list. You've put a lot of thought into this. I can tell.

Although once again i'm looking for a contemplative feel somewhere, the jungle atmosphere of 'overgrown with vegetation' added a really different and perhaps nice vibe to it, though in a fire setting I do slightly worry as to its fit. I really liked the medley! The variety in this song was slightly down for me because aside from Brinstar depths, most of it tended to be heroic or otherwise epic tunes rather than a deeper, contemplative side. To be honest, even brinstar depths doesn't give that variety that I really enjoy. Given, it's hard on a stage like this to have that track but that's why I'd suggest 'Theme of Samus Aran' as it's been used on other firey stages before and actually works quite well. My opinion is that although it has a victorious edge, it's calm about it... like a small pride if that makes any sense. Still, not bad at all!

Aw! I was really looking for a few more really notable tracks in this one along with other types of tracks aside from battle-type tracks. Norfair was fine but I found myself wanting more. Magmoor caverns did you well, though. Happy with that pick, it's being used more and i'm really enjoying it. Anywho, my advice would have been just to pick a few more staple tracks. HOWEVER your foray into unknown stuff was actually really nice and yielded some awesome results.
