Why does Japan always get the best hype games early? They need to translate faster!

If I want to live in Japan,I need to learn Japanese and move in a suburban area with a decent elevation close to cities. (Maybe 25-30 minute drive or so.)
...and also learn game coding so I can work with Nintendo Good thing I can get a scholarship off that.
