Yeah I guess that's true. I can't remember what exactly Samus' bair was in the first place. At first glance I thought she was dashing forward in the air so I got kinda confused.

Rosalina's Final Smash should be the capability to summon Lubba (in addition to getting a power boost herself). Lubba would be a Super Luma, able to smash and bash anyone who stands in his way.

(On a more serious note, it would be cool if her FS was a Black Hole, like those found in the Galaxy games. The Hole would appear, suck you in, do a bunch of damage, then spit you back out for an all-but-assured KO).
