Well it's not constantly...

But we do have some of the most venomous snakes and spiders, salt water crocodiles and deadly aquatic life surrounding us as well as numerous other animals that attack the **** out of you.

Cassowaries and red kangaroos will **** you up

Not a lot of Australia is actuall populated.
Sydney is very large and exapanding rapidly out west.
More people are moving into metropolitan areas.

Protecting grazing land from Kangaroos sounds crazy.
Especially since the animals in the grazing land are what cause a lot of damage.
