It is so refreshing to hear Aonuma talk about Zelda with the intention of making open world exploration the focus of the series again.

You mean Zelda isn't about template dungeons/bosses in a set order, fetch quests, and taking orders from your side kick? I'll be goddamned!! Zelda is Zelda again! :')

Speaking of which, the tournament I went to today was hype as ****. I'm genuinely showing a markable improvement in my Smash play and I am loving it.

Speaking of tournaments, I haven't played since I went to that tournament almost 2 weeks ago. You're probably not supposed to do that... Maybe adding the SM64DS Casino Luigi mod over Mr. L will make me got off my lazy butt and actually play again. I need to improve my Roy.

So my little bro invited some friends over (He was a 1st grader and so was his friends) and we played some Brawl together. Of course they didn't know who most of the characters were (Ness, Lucas, Ike, Marth, Captain Falcon, R.O.B., Mr. Game and Watch, etc.) but even then we still had a bit of fun. I won most, if not all of the matches, but they didn't get mad.

So anyway, what's up guys?

Long story short, my mate is a pretty damn good player. However, I've never been able to take a game off of him. I did today.
He brought his Ganondorf out, after 2 minutes, he had rage NC'd the match. Two JVs on him in one match. #FeelsGoodBro

I "can" wait 16 days....well, until the Japanese release of Smash 3DS, that is. We'll find one interesting matchup, and that is: Leak vs Gameplay.

It's Meta Knight all over again. Why. The exclamation mark's up aerial says "combo".
"Brawl Ganondorf on 3DS, Hyrule Warriors Ganondorf on Wii U".
"Ice Climbers on Wii U-only".
Still makes no sense.

Please, the down smash is merely going to be skillgate material for the novices. It's more like learning how to exploit his Arts in order to make Shulk very versatile and the large range of his attacks that is going to make Shulk viable.

The Question Mark is a direct clone of Exclamation Mark, its different design makes it able to attack other letters easily, compared to Exclamation Mark. :troll:

It would be funny know if Shulk is a Meta Knight counter because of the large range of his moves. He's going to be viable.

I honestly doubt Hyrule Warriors Ganondorf will be on the Wii U. It's going to be the same Ganondorf.
I don't know what's the problem with Brawl Ganondorf. inb4 Captain Falcon clone. No moves from the Zelda games.

Oh here we go again. He is not, and I repeat, not a clone. His attacks are vastly different to Exclamation Mark.

I can already see Shulk being higher tier out of the gate. That being said, he'll be one of those characters that requires you to have lots of knowledge about how and when to use each Art for each situation. Though I am curious as to what his Final Smash is, I'd assume it's a chain attack... or Cyclone, or Buster.

Stat-Boost characters generally are well-performing, but require more skill from the player.
