Let's take a break from debating, I got a funny story to tell about college.

So the second class I take on Mondays and Wednesdays is an introduction to game design and development class. I'd say just the first day was a good enough adventure.

First thing that happens was during roll call. The professor misreads my name as "Jim," and then the whole class laughs. I've been called other names like that by mistake, but JIM?!?!?! That was totally a new thing. The professor then double checked the roll call like a Leon Schlesinger cartoon character and only then did I notice it was my name she was misreading.

Further on, the professor talked about the basic history of games, and the first thing she said that the first video games ever were used primarily for recreational facilities in army base camps. I was like

I've said it before and I'll say it again, it's very unlikely that this is it. Playtesters get different versions of the game, with different characters. A while before this leak one guy said he'd gotten Dixie, Mewtwo, the Chorus Boys and Ridley as well as Shulk, Duck Hunt and Bowser Jr from this leak.

...the only problem I have with this is Dark Pit. Sakurai, I understand you're obsessed with Kid Icarus with the amount you're throwing into this game... but seriously? 3 characters for a series only recently revived compared to series that have been around much longer and still only have 1 or 2 characters? That's the only part I want to be fake.

Ice Climbers probably got cut due to technical difficulties with the 3DS which makes it hard not to be salty about two versions of the game existing because the Wii U could easily handle them. I am curious about whether the veteran DLC rumor actually pans out though.
