In terms of veterans from experience, Bowser and Pit play better. The former having better attacks with better speed and utility (PLUS DROPKICKS!), and the latter having his general normal attacks adjusted to have more weight and power while making the character less prone to camping.
Yeah, Bowser got a buff. It's about time. He's no longer a low tier, and I think he deserves this buff.
Pit doesn't look like a camping character now, true. He's probably a mix of camping and close combat.
Some other veterans got slight changes, like Toon Link. His down aerial no longer bounces (this could change in the final version, I'm not sure), but his tether recovery is better. Pikachu still has its Quick Attack cancel technique, Yoshi can jump out of shield, Kirby's forward throw can no longer be followed up, Samus got buffed, there's more.

It's difficult for me to find an icon, so I think I'll switch at the right timing.

Any opinions on Bowser's changes for the next games?
I tried him with both demo versions.
I'm going to main him all day every day. I'll only use other characters to get their trophies.
Mostly it contains positive feedback on my end. He's fairly strong,he's faster than before, which can help create some unique combos. The only issue I had (which isn't much) was that his recovery is more for horizontal or diagonal directions. This does help in some cases, however,so it's a blessing and a curse,or something like that.

In Brawl, I currently main Jigglypuff, with Mario as my secondary.

I'm planning on maining Villager in Smash 4.

To be honest, I don't know who am I going to main on Smash Bros. 3DS / Wii U. I guess I have to try all the characters to decide on that.

The only characters I know I might attempt to main are Mario, Toon Link, Link, and Donkey Kong (the latter two being my mains in SSF2) and possibly Mr. G&W. Anyone else I have no clue.

Villager is very unique, and mysterious. It looks like that he might take a few tries to get used to him.
It also seems that he's in a new category of technique. Instead of focusing on close and long ranged attacks,he seems to use a form of attack by dropping things. He's the backstabber of Edge-Guarding.

Hmm, I'm bored. lol
Like I said before, I'll have to try out all characters to figure out which one's going to be my main.

I don't care how hard he is to main, I'll make it work. He's too adorable to not main. :ness:

There are plenty of characters I don't even bother trying no matter how good they end up turning out. I base my picks off of favorite franchises. I unlock all the characters...determine which characters I like most outside of Smash...then from there, I test them out to see which ones I'd like to use for that particular Smash game. I typically always have at least one LoZ, Star Fox, and Fire Emblem rep - since early days of Melee anyway.

As far as newcomer reps go, just really want to see Shulk get in.

I think I'll probably main Lucina this Smash Bros, with Palutena my 2nd. Unless Vaati is confirmed playable, then he'll obviously be my first.
Unless we've played them in the demo,it's kind of risky to say who's their main to a game that has never released.

What if you suck with them?

Well, that's kinda what I do, but if a character is extremely bad, like Ganon, I won't main them.

A character being decent doesn't make them fun. I understand Bowser is supposed to be a Slasher/Brawler hybrid, but all of his attack options are pretty generic and boring, reminiscent of Monday Night Raw acrobatics without all of the flair. His combo game (or lack of) doesn't really make up for it. I'd like to see him take more elements from the Mario games and make him less dependent on singular hard hitting attacks. Allowing him to duck while breathing fire and billowing it out while walking would give him an interesting zoning game. I've always been a fan of some kind of Chomp element that would give him some combo control like PK Fire does, except it would function like a tether.

Well, there is the ******** regarding to BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma 2.0

Everyone is getting nerfed and Azrael is SS tier or some ****, or so they say. It's all hazy at the moment. Also complaints that they're nerfing Makoto because what the **** is balancing, and apparently it's going to go back to the wall ****** from BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II. Though again, things are subject to change and people aren't discovering everything right away, and people are probably exaggerating as usual.

I'm just waiting to see if they bother to make Bullet and Amane better.

I mean, I tried Mario and some other characters in Brawl, but I was so bad at the game, that I began to lose interest on playing it (I still like the game), but yeah. I'd unlock the characters first, along with everything else, in Smash 4, and decide which character I'm going to use the most. :awesome:

Your opinion is not stronger than mine. I have no anger.
You have lost your ways!

I'll learn how to play as them. I'm in no hurry, so I can take all the time I need perfecting them. (Although I will have to get used to Palutena's defensive style.)

In terms of newcomers. I was considering maining Miis. But since they'll most likely be banned I'd rather not main a character I can't use most of the time. But I liked Villager, maybe I'll use him. Also I might pick up Pac-Man for the fun of it.

Ok, can someone tell me why the hell is there a 3D Puzzle of Mega Man available on Puzzle Swap? Last time I checked, Nintendo only makes puzzles based on first and seconds party Nintendo published titles. O_O

Because Nintendo secretly bought Capcom.

Ah,so you have decided to put shades on your avatar.
Now you must learn the ways of sweg. Learn from the swag king.

If you've been noticing an increase in avatars with shades lately, that was partly my doing (not the guy who put shades on everyone's avatar, but the one who suggested more shades for the people).

Back to characters, I actually try and learn certain characters just to become a better player overall.

Nintendo knows how to use Mega Man, unlike Capcom, so they secretly bought the Mega Man IP. :troll:
Nah I'm kidding.

Eh, right now the character I'm interested the most is Pikachu. I could try out Toon Link, Yoshi and Sonic just to see how have they changed from Brawl, and possibly Falco.
There's a 3D Puzzle of Mega Man? Lmao, it's confirmed. Nintendo bought Capcom... the Mega Man intellectual property.

My mains for SSB4 are definitely going to be Lucario and Lucina.
And Ghirahim if he's in (doubting it, but if he's in he'll be undoubtedly fun to play) and Captain Falcon if he doesn't suck this time.

So guys, tomorrow I'll be going on vacation for a week. I may see you all a little before I leave, but not much. So, yeah. Bye!
