But the thing that really made me fan out was seeing that he kicks treasure chests open.

In the non-Crossover section of FFN, the Smash fic with the longest word count is at 3,827,035 words. It came out in 2008, and was last updated three weeks ago. So it's still going strong after 6+ years.

It'll probably take as long to actually read. XD

Yikes! I think when something gets TOO long after a while, its virtually pointless to dedicate the time to watch it all, if it has a continuous story arc. (I'm looking at you, Naruto)

So really, what do I think? August 16 of last year (my Bday), I had an X-citing feeling with the X-bomb being revealed, and now it's early in my Bday month again, and we are graced with more Kid Icarus goodness. An X-ceptional Daybreak it is today... break...

I tried to switch avatars in here, but ultimately they didn't look good, and so I stuck with the Aspyr icon I currently have. It also forms some kind of identity to me, but I should change it to a new avatar some day.

The only thing missing is more Palutena data, info on Pit's custom specials (something tells me Pit will use a different Arm in one of his Side-B custom specials), and wondering if there's a secret KI stage. The rest of the KI stuff, including where Pit/Palutena will be in tier lists in the future, will come in due time.

Precisely. You're correct. I'm using that palette swap whenever I use Pikachu. When it comes to Team Battles, I would use the same thing and have the blue outline for the Blue Team. Of course, this depends on the other player too. But yes, I'll use Goggles Pikachu as an avatar. Maybe you will have an updated avatar about your character?

Lol, I feel you. I have wanted to see Pikachu information such as if its down throw and forward throw can chain grab in Smash 4 (they don't in the demo), so at least I can hope for them to be in the final version, even if it's a small chain grab.
Then comes the Quick Attack Cancel which is almost a necessity for Pikachu. The technique has been confirmed to be in both versions and honestly, I don't see the developers changing a lot of stuff. At this point, they're probably adding some new modes and localizing the game.
If I practice alone in Smash 3DS and join online tournaments, it will help it on the tier list. In the end, though, I'll just wait until the Japanese release which is almost upon us. Then I will finally see the Quick Attack Cancel in Smash 3DS.
I can see Pikachu doing well on this iteration of Smash Bros., which is all that matters.

Anyways, this thread seems quiet at some point..hmm.

Maybe, I'd probably stick to the current style (flat icon with no linework on drawing) for the next one.

I suggest resizing the picture to exactly 125 x 125 pixels in size in your images editor, and save as png before uploading it. Works for me.

I can tell you that when my day came here, I was tired on the day just before and almost slept during the day.

So, when it got crazy, I just didn't want to sleep, but that was just too much with how much energy I had left.

I was hoping for Vaati(either form) appearing in aswell but I guess not. Almost every character I wanted was a 2D character or from Wind Waker.
