Nope. I enjoy ice levels too. Maybe it's the calming atmosphere, maybe it's that I built a tolerance to them due to the only level I ever played in New Super Mario Bros.' vs. mode was the ice one, but I don't have an issue with them.

The only series that has water sections that I hate is Zelda.

...and Minecraft. Check the update. The enemies in that dungeon have powers jump-scare material.

Usually, ice levels are my favorites, as you mentioned... the atmosphere is quite calming. I enjoy brighter environments and there is an overt lack of strong colors which usually contrasts the rest of the game. I suppose I can relate to those levels the most for whatever demented reason, it feels as though I am present, perhaps? I can envision the dry air and the stages are more expansive and open. I have no idea what I am talking about.

So,how about the underwater bosses (if any)?

Do they make the overall difficulty of what you have experienced easier or harder?

I was close to 200 subscribers with RainingFlight, but I had to close the account because I was having a depression back in late 2012. Instead of making another account, I used an existing one, FlightShift, and I've been submitting VGM uploads there. lol

Oh yeah all Sonic games have good songs.

If they're done well, which isn't often. I'm a big fan of Phendrana Drifts from Metroid Prime, for instance... and you'l notice that's more of a snow world than an ice world. Slipping into a pit is no fun.

Look, I like Icecap Zone as much as the next guy, but I do find there are more to Sonic 3 than just that.
Also, being made by Jackson simply means just that. My opinion shouldn't change because of that one fact. Also.

All of the Crush 40 stuff always reminds me of like... a mall rock version of Devin Townsend, not necessarily a bad thing, but I was already too old to find major appeal in any of it.

Always liked the riff to Open Your Heart though - great j-rock shred.

I like Sonic Heroes for the cheese factor. First time I heard it was in Brawl when me and my friends were failing at beating Sonic's challenger match. We made so many jokes about that song.

It's really less of them making their own consoles and instead attempting to use their other IPs for something that's not a crossover.

You must admit. Live and Learn, while overrated, Is still a really freakin awesome song.

Also, Knight of the Wind is severely underrated.
