If it was actually something worth, it would've been hyped up instead of some vague advertisement in Famitsu of all places.
And as we speak, it's leaking. Nothing.

It is very doubtful that we'll be seeing another remake in the same generation (or system).

Generation 7 will probably have a direct sequel in their place, if the games come out for 3DS. Much like the black sheep of all generations, U Nova.

What I mean is that every remake so far has been in a different generation on a different system.
The Gen 1 remakes were on the GBA alongside Gen 3, the Gen 2 remakes were on the DS, alongside Gen 4, and the Gen 3 remakes were on 3ds, alongside Gen 6.

I'm not saying that they can't do gen 4 remakes for Gen 6, nor am I saying that they shouldn't. I'm just saying that it would be kinda weird to have 2 remakes in the 6th generation instead of actually doing something else with the 6th generation.
