I'll be uploading it tomorrow. I'll explain how it works right now:
The stage uses the "barrel cannon glitch", where if a cannon is the right distance into a solid object, the game ignores the solid object, which is in this case the main part of the stage. Inside the stage itself is a network of underground barrel cannons.

HOWEVER, there's a horizontal moving platform under the right pipe, inside the stage. If your trajectory gets interrupted by the moving platform getting in your way, instead of going to the next barrel cannon in the network like you're supposed to, your path gets messed up and you wind up in a DIFFERENT barrel cannon; the trap.

That's funny, because before we actually saw the first hole in the Gematsu leak, I actually doubted Gematsu was real mostly because of the Chorus Kids. People did make fun of me, but oy did I drink some pretty delicious tears in the end.

Thinking it was fake because of a character that actually does make reasonable sense is still stupid though. And tear drinking is an awful thing to partake in.

Dixie still has more possibilities than him.

If you're talking about moveset possibilities, I beg to differ. K. Rool has an entire arsenal at his disposal. Dixie's got gumballs and hair. I'd bet good money we'd get K. Rool before Dixie, if I were one to make bets.

I have watched super sentai though.

It's like Super Sentai, but usually focuses on one person and doesn't have giant robots

They are usually targeted at older audiences than Super Sentai

and like it, some series are better than others

There is also a couple super sentai/ Kamen Rider crossover movies, including one where Gokai Red fights Kamen Rider Decade

Since, Gokai Red can turn to ANY ranger while Decade can turn to ANY Kamen Rider

And even then I beg to differ. People in general are more likely to be better-receptive toward K. Rool simply due to not being a third simian. Stylistically that's huge. Especially after Diddy put a bit of a sour taste in a lot of people's mouths.

K. Rool's much more likely to be voted into the game via the ballot than Dixie is.

K. Rool stopped being relevant after Nintendo lost Rare, relegated to appear only in spin-offs, he isn't even the antagonist in the series anymore.

Not to mention the data of Dixie in Brawl meant at one point she was considered to become a character for the series.

There was already a heightened blast zone (using more cannons) to make sure you couldn't infinitely camp on the moving platforms in the center. This just takes advantage of that to tunnel under the functional blast zone.

I personally think it just depends on the franchise. If it were a franchise that we know is being worked on at the moment that deserves a special promotion like StarFox or Xenoblade, then it probably wouldn't matter.

But even that theory doesn't help my case in both King K Rool and Dixie Kong getting in. The only thing we got recently that's of much hype actually related to Donkey Kong was Donkey Kong 64 on Wii U Virtual Console, which Dixie Kong is not in if I am correct.
