On a side note, I've dropped my added sugar intake (not naturally in fruits, etc.) to practically zero (hard to avoid small amounts) and I've never felt better. It's surreal.

Sugar is poison.

I've tried to reduce my sugar intake by cutting off my carbonated drinks. That lasted a few days. I didn't know if it was withdrawal symptoms or lack of energy, but I just didn't feel like myself when I stopped drinking.

For now, I limit myself to 2 cans of pop/soda a day. It's not healthy, but it's better than how much I drank before. I'm a sweet tooth at heart, it's one way of keeping my mind and soul at peace.

Iced coffee helps me with both of those if the caffeine rush is an issue.

Diet maybe, but I believe there's still a decent amount less sugar in a glass of Kool-Aid than there is in something like Dr. Pepper or Pepsi, for example.

I don't mind people wanting Shantae, Daisy or King K. Rool. They aren't assist trophies and they have some history on Nintendo consoles. I don't get the hate over these characters you don't have to buy them if they was chosen, I know there chances are small but they are not super out there like Master Chef or Nathan Drake, characters that will never be in smash.

There's like a 2% chance of anything coming out of the ballot in my eyes. I dunno... I'm not getting my hopes up. Sakurai would rather add another character like Robin or Shulk because of their unique movesets instead of Shadow or whoever wins the thing.
