It does, but you need to download/buy the costume for you to actually use it, Local or otherwise.

Wierd moveset.

Normal: supreme thunder charge move like thoron.

Side b: sparkling wide pressure. Electric projectile.

Up b: flower hurricane lets uo move up and sideways with damage.

Down B: Jupiter oak evolution, dr. Mario tornado like move.

Normal moves are strong punches and kicks.

Idk why my dream went into that much detail with her lol.
