I personally wouldn't worry about it. Unlike most of the characters on that list Wolf is getting a starring role in a new game, not only that but he's a unique character who's as easy to bring back as Lucas.
In other words, he's a shoe-in.

DLC is looking pretty great. Of course, I dislike them all, but I acknowledge their popularity. But seriously- I hope they release a character I like. I hope the Roy-Ryu thing is not happening, just so there's more of a chance someone I like gets in.

I know that's kind of selfish, but if these characters cost cash, then I at least want a reason to buy them.
