Messed around with Mewtwo's Glitched Customs
Side 3 is ridiqulously OP
Side 2 is kinda useless compared to 3/1
Up 3 gives him an OP recovery but he can't move an inch once he gets into helpless, so hope you're near the edge during freefall
Up 2 and Up 3 are very momentum-y
Down 3 and Down 2 basically turn you into Turbo Mode + give you an infinite horizontal recovery if you have enough momentum & rhythm
Didn't touch Neutral 2 and 3 since those crash

1113 is best Mewtwo loadout IMO
If only you could use it online :b
