Frozen didn't even have an actual villain theme. Hell, it barely had any actual villains until the third act. At worst you had a girl who couldn't control her power.

Then bam, one dude is villain now. And honestly, it could have had better foreshadowing.

I think the film would have been much better if it didn't have a villain at all. Hans is easily the most forced and least interesting Disney villain.
