Speaking of Falcondorf, I get the impression that people who complain about Ganondorf's moveset in Smash are a vocal minority.

Whether or not they are, it doesn't necessarily mean that they're wrong in thinking that way. Not everyone will be satisfied with how a character turns out, so as long as they're civil in expressing that (which admittedly is not always the case), then they're perfectly free to say so.
