Having an entire type dedicated to nuclear radiation seems a little odd considering there's no precedent for having Pokemon that could use the type.

I've been coming up with some Fakemon to entertain myself lately.

If any of these ideas were actual Pokemon, would you want them on your team?

1. An electric earthworm with electric plug pincers/fangs protruding forward from the sides of it's mouth. It has a rubber strip on it resembling that smooth patch on earthworms that I forgot the name of. Said patch has an electrocution warning tag hanging off of it.

It evolves into a Mongolian Death Worm with nuclear waste for a lower half and a nuclear warning sign pattern on it's face.

(OK I'm lazy so basic concepts for the rest)

2. Termite Snow Queen

3. Ghost/ Water Pacific Barreleye with a hollow body, a ghostly lack of a tail and black and white fins that look rather skeletal.

4. Selkie ******

5. Ice type Blue Jay with Fire type Red Winged Blackbird opposite game exclusive counterpart

Okay, I'm not really feeling it today so just those 5 for now.

Cool. I like them. I made about 200 fakemons. I've been actually working on my own pokemon game for a while.

How do you handle starters and legendaries? I think I want a Lungfish for a Water type starter, but other than that I've had difficulty coming up with anything satisfactory because I'm always worried about being biased with Legendary designs and being too derivative with Starters.

So It is a law in all states that said it is a right to have people of the same gender marry and they cant put up any obstacles to make them stop marrying

Glad I can marry my gf now without fear

I had a fire type sheep it gained a dark type at full evolution, the water type was a mallard and gained a steel type in the mid stage evolution and a grass/electric type jakalope.

There is a movement to get the law repealed, but it has yet to catch on. The law itself dates back to... well, 1860. It's not explicitly banned, just not recognised legally.

At least, there is an option to register your gender as male, female or other, which was seen as a huge breakthrough, considering the conservatism here.

Well maybe not "good" but so far better than yesterday. Every once in a while I have episodes of troubled breathing, but yesterday was the worst it has ever been. I have no idea why, though.

The air quality report was supposedly good so it probably wasn't that.

I was gonna have a Fire type sheep starter at one point, but I've been really finicky about whether or not a Pokemon is based off of the same animal as an existing Pokemon (I.E. Mareep) and it ended up as a Fire/Fighting, so I set it aside in hopes of getting another idea.

My grass type was at one point an Armadillo, but I felt it looked too close to Chestnaught and I had decided I wanted to try for a Fairy Armadillo line instead. In retrospect there's nothing wrong with having the Fairy Armadillo as the starter, but I'll still have to redesign it.

Before the Lungfish idea my Water type starter used to be a Horseshoe Crab that looked WAY too much like Kabutops.
