Wiping the floor with a Luigi Feels so good :denzel:

I saved replays of my practice to check my progress:

4 hours earlier I was on full tryhard mode rolling to evade Luigi; well CPUs cause a lot of "rolling fever" on you by making you think you must move all the time. I got a hit percentage of 28%


On my last replay (recorded 5 minutes ago) I reduced my rolling to the point I was standstill taunting the CPU, while I blocked/countered all of his attacks with much more calm, followed by a string of grabs and aerials by me.
Hit percentage of 49% this time

I feel like I learned to play Smash again :4palutena:

Used my Club Nintendo coins to get Smash 64 for Wii, so now I have 30 coins I can't use. Took about an hour to unlock all the characters. Now I just need to use 7 of the 8 original characters to beat Classic and unlock Mushroom Kingdom, then play 42 more Vs matches to get the Item Switch option. |-D

Yes, it's not a generational leap, but it's easily twice as powerful with the stats to back it. It should easily be able to handle them if they were ever being considered for the original.

That's why I think they will do either of these 3 things:
1. Make IC's DLC for the N3DS and Wii U(aka the **** move).
2. Make IC's into Popo with Nana alternates.
3. Or not make them as DLC characters at all.

Personally, I would much rather the second one to happen tbh.

Not sure why number one is a **** move.


Better to have the option of playing as them than not having the option at all. Punishing Wii U/New 3DS players because OG3DS can't handle them is more of a **** move IMO.

I know that, its just that the general consensus from what I see is that people think that having exclusive DLC only for the N3DS versions of Smash 3DS is more of a **** move.


I'm kind just like "I don't really care as long as they're playable either way" :p

Then it would just be punishing 3DS users for not upgrading to a New 3DS, which is stupid IMO.
If they're gonna be added to the game, then everyone should get them.
That's what I think.

Considering that the reason Sakurai cut them was because they couldn't get them to work as they are on the 3DS, I don't think they'll change their base mechanic. The best situation for them is probably a New 3DS exclusive thing, and even then I'm not sure they'll do that since it leaves out a lot of players of the game.
