Meh, the Smash reviews don't matter to me. I know I'm gonna enjoy the game anyways, I don't need a reviewer to tell me if the game is worth it or not.

No, really. Don't even give them the slightest bit of attention. That's what they want.

I still read reviews to see the good and bad aspects of any given game, with enough empirical data, I decide whether or not the game pertains to my interests.

A huge part of IGN's homepage has a lot of PlayStation and Xbox content. There's little to no Nintendo content in there. Makes me wonder why do they still have a Nintendo section on their website if they are just going to criticize games like they did with Kirby Triple Deluxe. A 6.0/10 for being an easy game!

Regarding reviews, no one is going to dictate my tastes. I don't care if a game gets a 7 or a 9 or whatever. If I find a game interesting and enjoyable, it's good for me.
