I go to the same shop as Sakurai and I can safely confirm to you guys that Agitha, Quote and Rambi are the first DLC newcomers.

So, within the data of the 3DS version, we've found a button for downloadable content.

There's also data left of all of the cut Brawl vets, minus Squirtle and Ivysaur.

If you are talking about this, then Squirtle and Ivysaur are in it...I'm pretty sure the data for missing characters are just leftover data from Brawl. Why else would Pokemon Trainer be included?

The cheers are just leftover from Brawl most likely, the downloadable thing is either for MAYBE a possible stage builder type thing or legitimate downloadable content.

You would think that they would remove any data of a third party character.

And while text does indicate that Stages will have DLC, we also have arrows to switch between pages on both the CSS and SSS.

They can do as they wish, though I have no freaking idea why they are still using my godawful Olimar sprites. I swear if the Pikmin system wasn't nearly complete already, they would have scrapped him from the demo. and they didn't cut Tingle due to what I did with him?

Gameplay reasons, maybe?

It's not like neither Last Story or Pandora's Tower were as popular as Xenoblade, so the decision could be based on uniqueness.

I don't really care about any possible DLC newcomers anyway. I just want Lucas, Wolf and Mewtwo back. That would make me happy enough.

Looks like Bayonetta 1 +2 for Wii U's PEGI rating for UK/Europe is for 18 and over, the highest age rating.

It's still weird that it's Nintendo, of all companies, that are promoting this on their "Family Friendly" console. Not that it bothers me, it's just...

It's not like they were bothered to publish games like Eternal Darkness in the past.

Plus, some Nintendo games have some questionable content, such as Fire Emblem: Awakening. (Tharja, anyone?)

Some of the humor in Kid Icarus: Uprising isn't exactly family friendly either.

Idk, this could be evidence that me may get DLC. Keep an eye on these arrow graphics though. Like in MK8, we've found hidden textures in-game (like for the cups, though some may be placeholders) and some are being used for DLC. Not saying it's 100% confirmed, but we do have a case of it happening before.

That was an article from a non-credible source who said their source was "a friend of Kojima."

Kojima himself said that he didn't know anything about Snake being in, how would his friend know what Sakurai is thinking?

Honestly I do think DLC is probably going to come for Smash 4 eventually (Nintendo would be missing out on a big opportunity if they didn't do it) but re-adding characters like Snake and Lucas just seems suspect.

Hyrule Warriors sold me on Impa as her own character, with that giant-arse sword of hers. But realistically, she has best chances as a Sheik clone, which makes me sad.
