You can use Secret Super Training to get the stones.
To get such a thing just enter Super Training with a Fully EV-Trained Pokemon.
Ones I know;
Blastoise = Water Stone
Venusaur = Leaf Stone
Charizard = Fire Stone
Stunfisk = Thunder Stone
Gallade = Dawn(?) Stone (the one you get Gallade with)
Aegislash = Dusk(?) Stone (the one you get Aegislash with)
Hydreigon = Sun or Moon Stone
Just be fast and do well and you have a high chance of getting them when you beat the Regimen.

Serious time for a sec: I think I complain about SSB4 so much because I don't know what's stressing me out in my life, so Smash is an easy scapegoat because of the amount of ultimately minor gripes I have with it.

Well, to play devil's advocate, he IS one of the most-requested characters. I'm a lot more lenient with fan projects on that, because they're a love letter to Smash itself and not Nintendo's history.

The cheers are just leftover from Brawl most likely, the downloadable thing is either for MAYBE a possible stage builder type thing or legitimate downloadable content.
