It's only fair that only a select few ever get demos that don't expire. If they just flat out give demos that didn't expire, that's pulling a Capcom.

The reason I said that is because of giving single people multiple codes
Even worse is giving it to random people who have platinum club nintendo members
Why not just

1. Give every Platinum Club Nintendo Member ONE Code
2. Everyone's Happy
3. No Code Beggars
4. PROFIT

I just want to say how much I hate the idea of unlocking characters by linking both versions. Not everyone has both a Wii U and a 3DS, and giving out characters to people who only have both just sounds like a huge cash-grab to me.

If that rumor is true, I think they will be available as DLC after a couple of months. But yeah, it would be a lame move to do. The better way would be to keep what we have now as official roster and add DLC-characters to spice up the roster even more.

Ironically, there was another homeless individual (a woman who was kicked out of her house by her own husband) who decided to ask me for something after that. Though, I've told her that I was all out (since I've barely bring all of my cash on train trips) and she told me that I should have saved it even thought it was a nice thing to do for that other guy. So she decided to watch me play the Smash 3DS demo for a good 15 minutes until her next train to hitch a ride on. Either that is heartwarming or pretty strange.
