I thought fish lay eggs?I've just gotten a pregnant Bluegill. Words cannot describe how disturbed I am.
Trophies mean nothing for DLC, it could be either that the trophy can also be obtained by beating Classic, or there'll be a different trophy for the playable one. The Classic trophies in Brawl rarely ever mentioned Smash Bros. If anything it almost supports DLC as many of them have been given a new render (Ice Climbers having brighter colours, Lucas, above, being taller). And is dead:
I can see DLC happening. Downloadable Content is something Nintendo does more often recently, although it's possible there are some hidden Wii U Exclusives you only unlock when you link your 3DS to the Wii U with one of them being Ridley.I think there should be a new rule that auto-infracts someone if they mention "DLC", "Downloadable Content", or "Wii-U Exclusives" anywhere in their post.
Is it possible for data experts to extract all data from a 3DS cartridge to find hidden info./content? The same way with a regular video game disc?I can see DLC happening. You can't deny how extremely likely DLC is, you're either a pessimist, don't like the idea of paying for extra characters or a guy who just likes drinking tears (aka, a sadist).I think there should be a new rule that auto-infracts someone if they mention "Homura", "Madoka Magica", or "Wii U exclusives" anywhere in their post.
I know. I mourn over Solid Snake. I know how he feels but he's behavior is unnecesary.I dont think its fair to say that when it comes to select characters, people want to play as theyr favorite charater and moveset in the new game, using new mechanics (Mewtwo missed out on Final Smashes for instance, there's custom moves now ect.), with new balancing, againts new foes (though he said most of them suck so...) and on new stages. Not defending him since he already said the whole game is crap, but Im trying to be somewhat objective.
I'm not trying to deny that it's likely. I just take issue with people always mentioning DLC as a means to "fix" what isn't broken. It sucks that *insert character* didn't get in. Whining about the possibility of *insert character* as DLC isn't going to help, and it's annoying. You can't deny how extremely likely DLC is, you're either a pessimist, don't like the idea of paying for extra characters or a guy who just likes drinking tears (aka, a sadist).
I completely agree with you on the last point though, never gonna happen.
It's a great roster nonetheless
Sure, DLC is a possibility, but it really grinds my gears when people are like "we need DLC to fix the roster" or something along those lines.
I wish more people shared this sentiment. But it's all mostly "My favorite character didn't get in this game sucks."It's a great roster nonetheless
I see Character DLC as a way of "expanding" the Smash Bros. roster, rather than trying to fix anything. It would be a good way of extending a hand to series that didn't get a new rep through the main draft (e.g. DK, Metroid), that'll put a smile on those respective fan's faces. I guess the idea of a Veteran DLC pack would also satisfy people with favorite characters returning. All to help make the roster even more versatile and fun. Of course, it is a fighting game, so they need to make sure they don't tip the roster balance.I'm not trying to deny that it's likely. I'm salty that Mewtwo didn't make it in, but there's no looking at this roster sand bashing it for me.I wish more people shared this sentiment. But it's all mostly "My favorite character didn't get in this game sucks."
It's unfortunate about the Ice Climbers, but like the Stones once sung, 'You can't always get what you want.'It's a great roster nonetheless
I was never against DLC per se, but day 1 DLC, on-disc content or just too expensive considering what you get is lame. How Nintendo does the MK8 DLC is good for me.Can I just say, I never before saw so many people not only embrace DLC so easly, but also actively crave it. Its kinda funny how Nintendo can turn such a industry-ruining thing around to its original, positive state.
That describes a vast majority of the character boards. Well, what can we do?I wish more people shared this sentiment. But it's all mostly "My favorite character didn't get in this game sucks."
True. I couldn't be happier with the newcomers, (I'm only *issed about Ridley because Sakurai basically teased a boss for two years) but I can't help but feel it's incomplete, 6 cuts seems a little excessive. It's a great roster nonetheless
I'd probably see it this way if not for all the whining.I see Character DLC as a way of "expanding" the Smash Bros. roster, rather than trying to fix anything. I'd buy it, but if you are being cautious about money, borrow it, see how you like it, and if you enjoy it, buy your own copy.Lately I've considered trying out Kid Icarus Uprising. Should I go out and buy it, or borrow a copy from a friend?
Yes. Go buy it. You will not be disappointed.Lately I've considered trying out Kid Icarus Uprising. Should I go out and buy it, or borrow a copy from a friend?
Most fish lay eggs, although there are exceptions. For example, sand tiger sharks and skates.I thought fish lay eggs?

Good game. Best game for 3DS so far.Lately I've considered trying out Kid Icarus Uprising.
Ness's eyes look dead now. I prefer the Brawl eyes.Just noticed something about the Lucas trophy - his design does not match Ness's. Look specifically at the eyes. Lucas's eyes match his Brawl design with the blue highlights in his eyes, while Ness's eyes are now completely black; http://www.ssbwiki.com/images/1/1a/Ness_SSB4.png
