My dad just told me about the first time he saw roadkill and I'm not talking about animal roadkill, but human roadkill. Simply put, he saw a body without a head and vomited after seeing it while riding with his father. I might have heard wrong about whether or not he was with his father at the time or if he was in a car, bus, some other mode of transportation since I was focused on driving - shocking in this day and age, huh? Anyway, then he went on about seeing dead bodies and dying people during the Vietnam War. Their dying screams, body parts, entrails, etc.
I think my dad just had a flashback today since it just inexplicably was talked about. For context, I was just mentioning how there's so many roadkill where we live and it lead to human roadkill and war stories. Anyway, the message is this: fantasy violence whether it's seen in a movie, game, or read off from a book is nothing compared to actually witnessing someone die like that.
Today was sort of rainy; it rain before I woke up or something.
But isn't that like a sin to them?
