That's a pretty decent IV spread. I'd say keep, but if you can get those Special Attack IVs go 31, it would be a lot better. Because Tornadus wants to use its powerful Hurricane w/ priority Rain Dance.
You might as well make it so that it's 31/31/x/31/31/31 if you plan on using Tornadus-T. Sp. Def IVs should be max because err, well, Assault Vest Torn-T is good.

He said he doesn't know when he's going to end them.
Maybe on the Japanese release, maybe the NA release, maybe at the end of the year. But he never explicitly stated that he would keep doing them until the end of the year.

Go to Route 128. You'll see a grey island thingy with a dive spot in the middle. If you dive there, you can find adamant orb hidden. If you dive right in front instead, there's an entrance to an underwater cavern where you need to go.

I've never watched either Hyouka nor Kokoro Connect.

I have no desire to see Hyouka and I have an idea of what Chitanda is like thanks to other media I've seen her in. Meh.

Inaba on the other hand? Her design alone winds my vote.

Ignoring Chitanda Eru being moe, Hyouka's a mystery anime and manga that involves a lazy guy who's basically an anime Sherlock Holmes like Ayumu Narumi from Spiral and Jimmy Kudo from Case Closed.

Kokoro Connect sort of deals with dimensions and how deities that can influence the world. Oh, and Inaba's a far cry - I need to finish the game - from moe, or rather, sweet. She's complex to be nice; a ***** to be mean, but that's what makes her so lovable.

I just remembered an anime that dealt with fetishes. It's called Speed Grapher. It's not all about fetishes, but it uses fetishes as a way to show how corrupt governments, businesses, etc. can be.

For other disturbing anime, look for Texhnolyze which can be summed up as "nihilistic". It does touch on cybernetics and the end of the world, but it boils down to nihilism where basically, nothing matters. Everything will go to hell.

For pure disgusting, disturbing, and random: watch Pupa. I think the manga might be better. Slightly... Here's what is entails: cannibalism, cannibalism, monsters, cannibalism, implied incest, cannibalism, conspiracies, cannibalism, viruses, cannibalism, and did I mention CANNIBALISM?! Oh, and the mother sort of goes crazy and begs to be abused and hurt to feel alive and "sane". So... domestic violence. What joy... It was a displeasure to watch it. Damn my curiosity.

I'm going to say what Sakurai already said and that Mewtwo is just going to be the first one, and that's all there will be at first. If it goes over well (and it will) there will probably be more.
