To be fair, that's typical for a Kirby game. It can't be a kirby game without Greens Greens interrupting for at least 5 seconds. Especially in final boss themes. *Looks at crowned and The World to Win*

For instance, since the heart contains "grey matter" you can actually gain someone else's memories if you get a heart transplant

The cease and desist isn't true. Project M not being at Apex is an unfortunate reality right now, but better not at one Apex than not anywhere ever.

Reviewers are only allowed to post content that's been directly and indirectly revealed by Nintendo.

So all the Palutena's Guidances, My Music lists, and Omega versions are fair game, while unlockable stages are not.

Honestly while it is sad that PM isn't at Apex, and I feel bad for those that wanted it there, it makes sense. It's a "better safe then sorry" maneuver, as Apex is up there next to EVO in terms of fighting game tournaments, and it's not there for the same reason it wasn't there at EVO, in that Nintendo is sponsoring it. Having PM there is almost asking for it and the devs to be hit with a C&D.
