Sorry. I don't play Pokemon much.

In Pokemon games, your player character always has a rival (or several in recent games) that battles the player repeatedly throughout the game, and always picks the Pokemon that is super effective to your starter.

Starmie = Firefighter, Claydol = Shanghai, Delphox = Alice, Lunatone = Fal lives on the other side of the world compared to many people here, so "Nighttime", and Phanpy, because phanpy.

We still need a Gym Leader 2 and 3, an Elite Four 2, and a Champ.

Then Maybe we can do the Frontier Brains.

Considering that Burning Mandala has a "Fiery Steelix", Miracle has a "Special Mismagius", and Falkoopa has a "Psychic Phanpy" I'd say yes.
