I agree, his face just looks ugly here. His eyes are too close together and he looks even more cross eyed.

Faces are actually really hard to do in 3D, I know, I tried.Turns out anime faces are harder than expected.

I don't know if that's even true on the Smashified crews end. I agree that there's nothing wrong with an anime/manga face at all.

Lucina's and Palutena's Smash 4 faces also received some complaints, so I guess making 3D faces must be hard for characters who have a more detailed face indeed.

It's not a GBA sprite is what I'm saying. There's the Brawl artwork too of which Motorcycle pointed out.That's 2D, not 3D
