Story Time!

Once Upon a Time in a Post-Apocalyptic desert world. . .

. . .called the Permian.

The crocosaurs were oppressed by the evil mammal monsters, so their best scientists came up with a bioweapon and killed almost all of the mammals dead.

And that is why dinosaurs ruled the earth.

But the mammals were jealous, so they founded the Illuminati and summoned an asteroid to put themselves back into power.

So the dinosaurs fled to the moon, had tea parties, and created a device to summon eldritch abominations.

65 million years later. . .

A group of scientists were exploring the ruins on the moon. But then one of them killed a little girl in front of the moon device because he hated children, so the device sensed an evil mammal and summoned a giant eldritch horror made of black dust. Once it killed the evil scientist and scared away the others, it saw the girl's 3DS and thought it was cool, so it decided to make the games in it real. And that is how Smash Bros was made.
