So, yesterday, I spent several hours to do a tutorial abotu how to use Cheat engine (CE) with dolphin emulator. It;s much easier to do than the old one and has much better info on how to use CE. So much that the Windows 64 bit and Linux version are very easy to set up (yes, even you FalKoopa with your linux can hack gc and wii games memory! )

This btw, works for any games, I do use spm, but it doesn;t matter, you coudl mess with ssbm if you wanted (but that game probably has huge documentation already anyway).

What by the way is Back Room? I Was Scrolling the trophy list and I saw it there, and then I saw that FalKoopa is there. How does one get there? Does it require some kind of payment or is access granted for excellent service to Smasboards or something like that?

Improving the overall look of the picture, such as this:

From my understanding, The Back Room is a private section of the fourms exclusive only to those who have shown an extensive intellect of Smash Bros.. No place for a person such as myself, as I don't play Smash competitively.

If you want in on that action, you'll have to prove you're mature and intelligent enough to post there.

How do you add a rainbow outline to a photo? I want to try this with a Marth portrait.

First make sure you're on a new layer. Then start by selecting everything (except for one pixel on each side, as shown on the .GIF) and right-click on it. Click on "Select Inverse", and then use the Paint Bucket Tool, or in this case, the Gradient Tool. Alternatively, you can use the Paint Bucket Tool and then create a Gradient Overlay.

And yeah, I still need to finish that Bayonetta image.

He wasn't joking. Sakurai stated in the most recent Nintendo Dream article that Geno was actually considered for Smash4 (SG covered it recently)

Personally, I think Geno would've been a really neat addition, coming from someone who's never played SMRPG.

I once thought about the almighty Dan Hibiki getting a shot. Yeah, he'd a joke character much as the living joke he is, but I imagined him with a purpose. He'd be an anti-Little Mac. Essentially he's the next gen air god that would put Jigglypuff to shame, but just utterly humiliating on the ground. Basically his Gadoken would have pathetic range and power on the ground, but an aerial Gadoken goes far, fast, and does decent damage. It's just a concept, though.

Otherwise I'd ask for Fulgore from Killer Instinct.

Looking at how Ryu was implemented made me wonder how a charge character would work in Smash Bros. Would they be stuck facing one direction while charging? It'd be pretty interesting to see how they'd implement charge characters in Smash.

Regarding your question, I'd love to see Hakumen (Blazblue) or Scorpion (Mortal Kombat) in Smash. The former has almost no shot getting in though.

I used to "play" MUGEN (more like download characters and stages and watch them fight). It's pretty much what really got me into fighting games, every battle was basically a giant laser light show, and I told myself "I need to play these". Years later, I'm actually taking the time to improve in games like Guilty Gear Xrd, Street Fighter V, and Smash 4. I'll touch Pokken if the competitive side lives long enough, and King of Fighters XIV, maybe I'll try Tekken 7, etc. I love fighting games.

I don't know how to do it in GIMP (assuming that's what you're using), but in Photoshop all you need to do is go into Layer Styles, add a Stroke, change the color to gradient, and voila!

I'd do it for you, but my desktop's hard drive(where I make all my graphics) is dead. Meaning I have to buy a new one along with a new version of Windows. TwT
Thankfully 2TB is only $50, way cheaper than when I first built my PC, so it'll be a nice upgrade.

Most of the people who hang out there are about 30 years old... and I found myself pretty out of place there.

So if I become more active, and let's say, in 8 year or so (assuming I still am here), if I become the eternally beating heart of the smash community, bringing light, life and love to every forum I post (except the yucky fan art ones, I cannot handle them.) and I am still genuinely interested in backroomership, and I am willing to sacrifice my time and efforts for the greater good of the community, I probably would have pretty moderate chances to get there?

(I have a thing for secret clubs, be it the freemasons or the mandatory "No girls or that annoying Jack club")
