I just used a custom stage with 2 - 4 very long platforms with barrels at one end as a finish line indicator. Using a mixture of 1/4x (Hold L) & 1x speed & eyeballing a speed difference, I'd put the character who I would think might be faster in the front to see just how much faster they inch forward than the character behind. Then I had the character who I thought would be faster a bit behind the character in front slower so that I'd notice whether or not they inched closer & closer. That's how I did it for estimations.I got similar values to yours (posted here: http://smashboards.com/threads/clouds-frame-data-1-1-3.426026/), but slightly different. Can I ask what method you used?

EDIT: Oh & Idk if Walk Acceleration / Dash Acceleration will be added sometime, but Cloud's walk accel. is mighty bad.
