Just for the record Ralph Cecil is not interested in a KY PR. He doesn't TO hardly any events and isn't very active in the scene. He travels OOS more. DtJ Hilt and the BSS crew are the main TOs, along with Amida and occasionally Xisin. Hilt is supposedly putting a PR together. I'm not sure what his requirements will be...

It will most likely turn out something along the lines of 1. Joey 2. JDB 3. Judo/Acestar/RalphCecil/Stardust all of whose viability will be questioned based on lack of recent KY tournaments. 4. LumpyGravy/S2 5. Rowan 6/7 Treuce/Hilt/Amida/Xisin.

That's obviosuly very unofficial but for seeding purposes it's close enough. I'm putting myself around 8-10 and am usually seeded in top 5-6 even with OH's great players showing up because of lack of participation from a lot of these guys at many tournaments.
