• According to a deleted Iwata Asks Q&A, Sakurai was going to make Riki playable over Shulk because Sakurai thought Shulk would be another Marth clone just like Chrom. However when Monolith Soft found out about this, they threatened to kill Sakurai with the actual Monado of legend if he didn't make Shulk playable. Nintendo quickly removed the Q&A from their website after overseeing this.

Might be jumping the gun a bit, but I cast my ballot for Elma. I might throw some in for Fiora though.

Melia or Elma would be a sound addition and would certainly be my second pick after Isaac of Golden sun.

I actually think out of the 4 Xenoblade DLC threads we have, Fiora is the most likely.

Melia: wtf is recovery
Elma & Cross: hard to incorporate machine guns

Meanwhile Fiora has a pretty reasonable moveset (recovery can be like Air Fang or Zero Gravity)
