I have updated the thread and I'm posting a sneak peak of my newest notes. Also the updates included Lionman, Fatality, Ken, and other videos. I will keep updating this thread and organizing it. I'm thinking of adding a for glory section.


Falcon Kill knee Combos from down throw works on the following:

Mario, Fox Rosalina, Wario, Diddy, Mac, Zelda, Sheik, Zero-suit, PIt, Marth, Robin, Duck Hunt
metaknight, Falco, Pikachu, Greninja, Dr. Mario, Dark Pit, Lucina, Pacman, Megaman, Sonic,

58%
Peach, Palutena,

49%
GNW, Kirby, Olimar

Samus, Luigi, Villager, Wii Fit - Flubble knee (Could work, but it might be a 1-frame.)

Everyone else is just a setup and is not guarantee. This is guarantee with neutral, forward di, and need to test with backward di. You can only achieve this combo if you dash grab and buffer the throw.

Found myself fighting in a Falcon ditto match in For Glory. Strange thing is we made a gentleman's agreement without knowing each other at all. We decided to only use Falcon Punch. For the whole fight. As the only attack. XD

You can see some black borders, thats because i had to adjust the image borders for Unepic, will fix in next videos.

it's kind of hard to judge how good you are from the for glory vids cause for glory sucks most of the time, I like most of your ideas, I think I like D-throw <- Nair at super low percent more than D-throw <- Uair, cause you can usually get a second to combo into it or Uair.

Then I'm free to mix that up with single hit nairs <- gentleman/grab or falling upairs <- gentleman/grab to catch airdodges.

Hey everyone. I mess around with falcon a lot but recently after being told I play very aggressively I started playing him much more. I would love any critiques you falcon mains have on these two videos of me playing against a really good marth. I feel like 2 of my major problems are failing to follow up after getting Uair and I kill myself a lot because I accidentally use my jump a split second after running off the edge instead of using it on the stage and am left without a jump. Any advice would be helpful, thanks guys.

Okay guys, I have some bad news for all you Captain Falcon mains out there. There is an unfortunate glitch in the Pac Man matchup that seems to only occur to you and not to any other character for some reason. I havent tested it on all stages but it seems to still happen on FD as well.


It is techable, but it only really happens at a very specific percent range (Mid-80s to 100% I think) so it may come as a surprise if and when it does happen.

Holy crap @ Paper Maribro Paper Maribro , that's a stage spike... damn glitches, heh. 80 to 100% is bad for us, it's earlier than Falcon's KO percent. Let's hope it gets patched someday.

Vid is about a month old, tech has gotten better since then. If you see me doing random dash attacks, it's me practicing perfect pivoting. Also, sexy combo on Marth's second stock.

Also, I'd like to push walk off stages as counterpicks for Falcon. Just sayin'.
